Our firm targets primarily the financial and energy sectors. However, technology and the Internet are also of interest.

We offer a rapidly expanding array of services to corporations of the CEMAC region, from initial public offerings, private placements, M&A advisory, strategic advisory services and venture capital. We are building what will be one of largest research departments of sub-Saharan Africa directed to our institutional clients.

Through public offerings on the BVMAC the central Africa regional exchange and on the Douala Stock Exchange in Douala, Cameroon, Artemis Financial intends to lead the way in bringing CEMAC individuals as well as institutional investors into the capital formation process in a meaningful way and in bringing the region into 21st century capital markets techniques.
