Over the past decades, they have worked on three continents with firms and financial institutions such as the Chase Manhattan Bank, Wit SoundView, RAS Securities and Meridien Corp.

They have built and managed investment portfolios, participated in successful IPOs and private placements and conducted successfully many mergers and acquisitions deals. They have also spearheaded several joint-venture projects between international and US based investors.

They hold MBAs,BAs in economics, management and accounting from prestigious universities, hold or held multiple U.S. securities licenses including the FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 55 and 63 securities.
